Great customer service. Generally extremely quick to respond to any issues and fix them. They've been great to work with!

Great support from the team, quick responses and resolutions. Set up assistance and bug handling all handled professionally.
They are always pushing the app's limits by adding new functionality, which is increasingly important for us.

I have just started using this app 1 month ago and I find it to be the best one currently available, just note that it will take time to get it set up proper. I added pre-orders to 1000 products and it took about 12 hours to set up. Settings can only be edited on 50 products at a time so it can take awhile but I feel it's worth it for the benefits of managing pre-order separately.

Also in case of theme compatibility issues, make sure to plan time to work with support to get it functioning properly but once they got it working, it's great. Took me 4 weeks to get the issues fixed, communicating with them daily M-F. I am excited to use this app now moving forward. So my advice is use the app, just make sure you have proper expectations of time before jumping in and be patient.

Awesome app with awesome customer service. I have been using the app for years now and no complaints whatsoever. Whenever there's a glitch, customer service resolves the problem immediately. Five stars!

The app is easy and effective on it's use. 5 out of 5 stars for the app.

The customer service on on a whole next level. I installed the app over 12 months ago and was subscribed for monthly fee automatically (the plan I subscribed for was free). I immediately got refunded for 12 full months after sending a request for reimbursement. 10 out of 5 stars for the customer service.

Will use this app for all webshops. I just became a loyal customer.

I asked for help since the Add to cart button would not get deactivated for sizes out of stock (using Dawn) and they helped us fixing that.
We use this app for pretty much half of our products and it works really well!
