Awesome app, easy to set up and use thus far. Haven't had any pre-orders yet but then again have only been using for about a week.
I have another app I use for quick view on my items and it didn't want to be friends with this pre-order app. However the customer service rep for this app {Phillip) was awesome and helped me to make both apps compatible,
