Technical support was extremely good and the response time was fast. Products can be configured individually, which really suited my needs. It was very easy to install and configuration was quick to implement.

I only have this on 1 product and I was charged. I will be deleting this app, I was just trying to see how it would work for 1 subscription product.

Customer service was really really helpful, integrating this into my theme. I ended up going with a different app for my launch, due to other circumstances, but this app was great.

Worked for a bit then stopped. Finally was able to get support and it is not working properly AGAIN!!! I just want it removed from my store. I like the concept but I need applications that function properly!!!!

Had some issues with this app and relayed it to the support team. Turns out the previous pre-order app had conflicts with this one and they fixed it for me within two days. Everything works perfectly now! Definitely would recommend.

Ok, but pretty buggy and doesn't take into account the pay now buttons in some templates. Also, it is pretty deceptive in how it sneakily charges you automatically if you turn on more than one product, so you end up getting charged without really agreeing to it. It is also really hard to find out where to unsubscribe so that they stop charging you.
