love the app does exactly what is suppose to do only wish there was an option to send out emails of back order status but overall great app
I need an app that allows us to collect a deposit up front and the balance due when we are ready to fulfill the order. This app doesn't do that.

This app has solved some business problems I’ve been managing for a long time - pre-orders. From our products, we always have different items arriving at different times which has been a massive customer service headache with constant enquiries about when it will arrive (as many customers will not read this info on the product page). Now we have a simple button - instead of “buy it now” it says “Pre-Order for January” “Pre-Order for February” etc. I love that the button is customisable for every product. For us the monthly cost of this app saves man hours in responding to enquiries - thanks guys for this solution!!

Very Faulty - it works only when it decides it wants to work. There are countless products that will not shift over - and your customer service tabs are not working they are broken

Thank you for your review. We are still pending your email reply in regards to your issue with the Coming Soon feature. The email was sent to the email address that starts with "store". The Pre-Order Manager uses the Shopify API. Any products that is imported to your store will show up on our app.

On the upside - great and helpful support. On the downside - annoying popups that cannot be removed and conflicts with some other apps (which support promptly helped me resolve)

At first it was working great, but then it started selling out of stock products to customers without notifying them that they were pre-orders. I had quite a few orders go through right before the holidays and the customers were not happy when they found out that they wouldn't be ready in time for Christmas, because they thought the items they purchased were in stock. I checked everything to make sure the preorder manager and my inventory were properly installed. I really wish it worked reliably, because it's easy to use and customize, but it just isn't reliable and it caused damage to my brand.
Amazing customer service! I was having some problems with integrating it properly on my site, but they were extremely responsive and went in and fixed everything for me - and very quickly! It was great. The app itself is also very useful, but there are some things that could be better:
The things that could be improved
- the pre-order button should just automatically adopt the same style as your add to cart button. You can customize it manually, but it's still not quite the same.
- there should be a way to bulk edit the tooltip (description) for your pre-order button. I use it to say when the items are going to ship. I have hundreds of products and at any one time over 100 can be out of stock. Right now, I have to search for each product manually (by title) and go in to edit this info. Very time consuming! Especially since I am pulling it from a spreadsheet, which would ideally just be uploaded.
