Good app, very useful and easy to use.
Thanks to this app customers checked out without the preorder info available even though i have it enabled and it shows its enabled. Not to mention their phone browser is terrible and wont let you hit save at the bottom because their chat button is in the way

This app continues to charge me after I followed all correct steps to un-install. Other than that, solid experience. If someone from the team could please reach out that would be great. Thanks!
Update 19/6/2023: We had sent several follow-up emails since 12 June 2023. We had tried several times to contact you via phone but we only manage to reach the voice mail.
Upon checking, Shopify had uninstalled the app on 12th June while Shopify bills you on the 10th June. We had since refunded that amount and had already sent you the refund details via email.
Currently testing free version of this app and it seems to be doing what it needs to do. Great options to allow preorder for specific variants. Also allows you to use the same button design as theme, which makes everything look very seamless. Fast support via email, got a fix within 24hrs. Would recommend!

This could be good, but it affected our site speed so badly it had to be uninstalled (it went from 35 to 22!). If the problem is resolved i would consider using again.
Thank you for your feedback and your cooperation by allowing access to your store. After our thorough investigation we had identified the root cause. I had sent you the full explainer via email along with the screenshots and also the actual app that is causing the slowness (11 seconds worth of loading time as compared to only 0.2 seconds from our app).
