I didn't use the app because I needed other functionality, but the support is great and helped me even after deinstalling the app

Great app, does exactly what it's meant to. Fantastic support too - there was a small styling issue with the button, but Kiryl helped me out very quickly. Love it!

Amazin App!! It is Everything that I have been looking for in terms of managing Pre-Order. Easy to set up and responsive customer services. I set up everything in less than 15 minutes and 10 minutes after installing I already had 2 pre-order orders $$$. Marketing and the cost of customer acquisition are so high if you are running out of stock even if for a few days, you NEED this app!!! Coming soon and Notify me are amazing bonuses of this app. The only downside at this point is that the Notify can't be linked to Klaviyo yet because still in Beta but it is promising.

Im terrible at computer, yet I find this app very easy to operate. but on top of everything else the help is super real time. i have never used chat features before and bam! best customer experience ever! thank you for your help!

I just downloaded this app 5 mins ago. It's really easy to work!! I had a quick question and I need a fast answer and using there online chat service I was able to get help with one of their app developers immediately! love the customer service!

Our first encounter with the support team was great! They just asked for our storefront password and the problem was fixed straight away. Support was also very friendly and pleasant.
