I installed this app easily and had PreOrder products live within 15mins.
Later that day I changed the "Store Theme" which affected PreOrder Buttons on website. After a couple emails the support team had the update corrected and live on website within the hour.

Looked promising but had issues with it working correctly. Never received any response from support to trouble shoot it.

We needed to create a 'pre-order' button, but none of the recommendations from Shopify Docs would work for us. This app does the job and is very easy to use.
We have exclusive limited edition items for all cat lovers and pre-ordering is necessary so we don't over-produce and also capping the numbers of items being produced increase the perceived value of our products -- PRE-ORDER MANAGER made it possible for us to manage accordingly. Great and necessary app for our business!!!
I just started using the app, however, the team has been very helpful in getting it set up. I can not say if this will help me get any more orders or not. But the set-up of the app is very thoughtful and helpful.
This would be a great, easy to use app IF YOU COULD ACTUALLY GET IT TO WORK! You have to go through a 4 or 5 installation step program to get it to work, two of which involve code both in Shopify and Chrome! To make things worse it was developed by guys who don't speak English so the poorly translated instructions are confusing and hard to follow. Second, they assume you know something of code so they make many code references and you have no idea what they are referring to. I watched their install video, too. I have a PhD and I couldn't get it to work. My hat is off to those who succeeded.
Do I blame the developers? No, I blame Shopify. This is such an obvious common need to at least half of their customers but they fobbed it off on some developer when they should have done it themselves.
Now, having said that, I STILL GIVE THEM 4 STARS. Why? Because they have excellent and timely support. These guys really want your business and will work hard to keep you happy. They quickly solved my installation problem. You can't ask for more than that. And, as I said earlier, once it does work, it is a great app. You have a lot of control over how your 'pre-order' button looks.
I've checked many pre-order apps. And this one is definitely the most professional and usable app. The app is quite expensive but worth it.

Easy way to offer pre-order capability. One word of warning: if you are using the free plan, be VERY careful about which product you select, because once you do, you can't de-select it and choose another without upgrading to a paid plan. Would give it 5 stars otherwise.

Pretty good app, few issues that haven't gone to plan but nothing that cannot be worked around.
We have experienced several bugs implementing this app. However, their customer support is top notch and have gotten our bugs fixed very quickly. If it had not been for their customer support being so quick and to respond and fix these problems we would have gone to another app. Now that the bugs are worked out I highly recommend this app not just for functionality, but for their support as well.
