We constantly sell out of our items, which is great, but also causes a lot of issues on the back end. Stellar. This app is key in our import and distribution operation as we have multiple warehouses worldwide. By using "Pre-Order" as a back-order enabler, we're able to accept orders for inbound products on an ongoing basis, even if the stock is not readily available. The built-in messages and tooltips help us align expectations with our customers and reduce support calls.
Other than that the app support is incredible - always going the extra mile to make sure we're happy!

Truly a 5 star app. Can't begin to explain how much this helps conversion for our website and nudges users to commit to a purchase with the understanding that it will be pre ordered and they will get their product. Why not use this app and convince potential customers to commit right then? Email lists and notifications at a later date won't ever be as convincing as on the spot pre ordering. I 100% recommend this app. The service is top notch and I hope to see so much success coming from this company. I will be looking at their other paid apps now knowing that they can fulfill support requests and offer a great product. Thanks Philip and everyone else!
