I had a problem with my theme and the pre order button but the support helps me and everything is working like a a charm right now.
I will recommand this app a 100 times.
I paid $35 to get this app installed professionally on 14 April as I thought it was such a great idea. Unfortunately it wasn't installed properly and my cart purchase rate literally halved in the 7 weeks it's been running. I deleted it today. Perhaps you will have more success with the app than me.
Very easy to set-up and it has a full function.
Finally received an order today for a Pre-Order, and it worked perfectly. If you set your inventory tracking up correctly and have all of your weights/products set up correctly, this app is definitely great!
The only thing I cannot figure out how to do is make the "Pre-Order" button centered rather than left aligned.

Very good app for accepting pre-orders. A couple of minor issues, but they were resolved quickly. We will be using this app continuously as a way to manage inventory in the future.
