Perfect app for us. Customer service is over the top. Phillip went the extra mile to help me out with the set up of the app and even gave me some css line to center the pre-order button in my theme. Very recommended!

I like this app! It allows wholesale customers to place large orders for things we don't have in stock. It also allows us to test a small run and see if it is popular before making a whole lot of an item, without missing any sales!

Great app and outstanding support! There was a compatibility issue with our theme after the install where pre-ordering the product's variations wasn't working correctly. After reaching out to the app devs, it was fixed shortly, even despite the fact that the main dev was gone for the day. The team had understood our emergency and resolved the issue in no time.

Highly recommend! easy to install, and fast thorough support when we needed. Simple as sending an email. JUST what our store needed to differentiate what is in stock and out and still allow customers to buy with info on when it ships. PERFECT!!!

We are using this app to put up pre-orders, our theme is heavily customized and it took some doing from Amai to get it to work. After i mentioned the issues, they got right on it and solved the issues! Only thing i would love to see added, is to be able to add an expected shipping period.
Great app, great support!

Vultures and nightmare is all i can say about this company. I had installed this program and it looks great (notice I said 'looks great') but their service is complete crap. They listed that they are willing to help no matter what and encourage people to send them emails for help and so forth. BUT the only thing I got was them pushing the ball back to me and asking me for payment - $45 per hour ($45 USD, yes USD) and they need 3 hours to fix my so-called problem is ludicrous. I understand the app is free but when there is a problem who do you need to seek? The ones behind the app right? That's what I did and that's what I got from them. I utterly and completely wasted my time with them. If the app had a different company things would have been better. A bunch of vultures, nothing more.

This app keeps crashing and is not compatible with Safari. When opening the app on safari, it glitches and eventually closes out itself. However, when I open in Google Chrome, it seems to work fine until you click the settings gear to make some adjustments to your preorder wording and then crashes on you again. This app is not worth the hassle.

Thank you for your feedback. After checking, we realize the app was blocked by Safari's default privacy settings of blocking all Cookies. We had sent you an instruction on how to disable it via email.

As for Chrome, as per our Google Meets session earlier, it is working as intended. Do reach out to us if you have any further questions.
