I had no idea how to do pre-orders when the launch of my brand was pushed back by 2 months by the pandemic--but the Pre-Order alleviated my stress of getting press and sending people to my website without the "sold out" tag on all of my products. Thank you thank you thank you!

I use the app for pre-order items. The developer reached out to see how things were going within a day or so of installation and I was having some trouble because I just did not know what I was doing. He made the necessary adjustments within hours and all is good. His customer service made me feel a little better about spending the money on the monthly fee. I would definitely recommend this app.

4 apps down and i finally found one that could be integrated into my theme. The support by Charlie was fantastic and the issues were sorted quickly. Very happy with the app so far!

Support was excellent. I have a few issues with the installation as I am not a coder. But on-line chat was quick and efficient. Alexander fixed the problem from his end in one or two minutes - literally. So far so good. Now need to see how well the app performs. But if its as good as the support I'm sure it will be great. The Pre-Order Manager 2.0 App has been perfect for us. We had one small issue but the customer service and tech team were able to fix the issue very fast which we appreciate!

Was previously using another app for the same purpose until I recently saw this one. This is the app you want if you want to sell things on pre-order and capture the sale right away. Good interface and usability. Customization of the buttons and stuff is a breeze.
Great app and customer service is amazing! Very responsive :) I really love that I can offer pre-orders to my customers.
