A few things didn't work correctly with my theme but the customer service team was VERY responsive! Bravo!

App has been great so far, UI is easier to understand over most apps on the Shopify store. And the support team are responsive and quick to fulfill any requests you have with modifying the assets to your needs. Cannot Recommend enough!

I had an issue with the "add to cart" button changing angles in the flow theme. Took a while to work out where the issue was coming from and i contacted Pro-Order as it seemed they might have been the only ones changing this button. I emailed them and surprised to get a response straight away and they said they would get their engineers onto the case over night. I arrived back to work the next day saying it was fixed and it was. Great service, fast and got the job done. Thank you the team at pre-order

This app was exactly what I needed for my handmade children's clothing shop. Especially during the holidays, when orders stack up, it is great to offer our customers the opportunity to see the entire line, but also know when to expect a ship date. I had a few problems setting up the app, but SPUR-I-T did a great job of getting back to me, and helping me set it all up within 48 hours. Thanks so much for this great app.

Product works exactly the way I wanted it to. Philip helped with the initial install but from there I am easily able to make all the customization to the app I want. Highly recommend.

This is an awesome app, and I want to recommend this app for anyone who sells products online and still wants to sell their products on pre-order while out of stock.
