Basic functions are not in the app. If you update your customer messages when an item is out of stock, it doesn't update them on the page if a customer has been on that product page before.The developer told us that the customer would have to "clear their cache" because their app isn't able to do that. Ridiculous.

Our company, Ozarks Fehr Trade Originals, makes handmade items. Some of our items are nearly impossible to keep up with production and often we are out of stock. We felt we were losing a lot of potential orders and this app really helps us. We feel like it gives customers hope instead of disappointment.
Installation was way beyond us... we are a simply family run business... but these geniuses stepped in and make the app work!

I got this app after having an awful experience with the ‘Pre-Order Me’ app (@ $9.99 pm) where the support basically didn’t want to know me, so I deleted that one and got this one for free (a perfect example of how a free app CAN be better than the paid for apps!).
I downloaded it and asked for some help installing it on www.designerheater.com and Philip came back to me almost instantly, configured the app and even did some custom work for me. What a great chap.
The app is perfect and the support is second to none.
I cannot praise this app enough or thank Philip enough for his help. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
