I'm still getting the hang of specific variants and stock levels, but Artem was available immediately via chat to answer my questions and help get my account set up correctly. I like how easy it is to plug in, and that you can be specific on the variant level.

Just started incorporating this into my website. The integration was easy. One functionality I think would be useful, would be the ability to see on the dashboard, which items have the most pre-orders (by number of orders of the item and also number of clients who ordered the item). Otherwise, good app, looking forward to using it in my store.

The app was very easy to install to use. Customization felt a bit limited, but that's also because I didn't really dive deep into integrating it onto my store. Great for beginners who need a pre-order app that just works straight out of the box. I used it for a presale that lasted a week, and the customer service team was readily available for any questions I had. The app also showed the analytics behind which products were purchased, which helped me with putting together my production order since the cheapest Shopify plan doesn't give you this information. I'll be using this app again in the future when I need it again!

The message underneath the pre-order button keeps disappearing inexplicably. The limit we set on quantity available for pre-order didn't work and we oversold an extremely key product and let our customers down. Don't waste your time.

Great app and responsive customer support
So far, I really like this app!
Installed the app and it seemed to do it's job with a considerable amount of massaging needed. It didn't function exactly as we anticipated but the main issue was it did not uninstall cleanly. Subsequent emails to their support have gone unanswered.
Excellent support when I came up against a conflicting issue with another app. Everything up and running again very quickly. Highly recommend.
