Very easy to set up. I had some problems with my Theme and the functions, but I simply just contacted the staff through the chat. They fixed all the problems without hesitation.

I've been using Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify in my shop for three years, and I love it! Having a reliable way to take and manage pre-orders has saved me countless hours of administrative work, a provides a simple, seamless experience for my customers. The few times I've had an issue with a feature, the customer service and product development team have responded quickly and resolved the issue ...
App is super glitchy, doesn't work, and the support is very slow and poor. They tried to fix the issue but it only delayed us when we should have just tried a different app from the start.
Soo many issue, need to talk with the developer all the time. Every time they fix on problem they create a new problem. I have been waiting 2 weeks on help with setting up "Coming soon" and notification sign-up with new orders.
I am still a user but strongly considering finding a new app.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the issue took longer to resolve as this is pertaining to a customize theme therefore the standard app-blocks does not work. ...
