PreOrder Manager is a fantastic app, which covered all our needs for the pre-launch of several important products. The app worked perfectly and the customer service with Amai was excellent. When I had a technical query, their support couldn't have been better – their response time was super fast and they are clear about everything, and took care of the issue immediately. Highly recommend the product, and the team are brilliant.

The few times I've had an issue with a feature, the customer service and product development team have responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. I could not be happier with this product and service - they've earned a loyal customer!
Soo many issue, need to talk with the developer all the time. Every time they fix on problem they create a new problem. I have been waiting 2 weeks on help with setting up "Coming soon" and notification sign-up with new orders.
I am still a user but strongly considering finding a new app.
