PreOrder Manager is a fantastic app, which covered all our needs for the pre-launch of several important products. The app worked perfectly and the customer service with Amai was excellent. I've been using Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify in my shop for three years, and I love it! Having a reliable way to take and manage pre-orders has saved me countless hours of administrative work, a provides a simple, seamless experience for my customers. The few times I've had an issue with a feature, the customer service and product development team have responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. I could not be happier with this product and service - they've earned a loyal customer!
Soo many issue, need to talk with the developer all the time. Every time they fix on problem they create a new problem. I have been waiting 2 weeks on help with setting up "Coming soon" and notification sign-up with new orders.
I am still a user but strongly considering finding a new app.

With your feedback, we had made enhancements to the app so that the app-blocks can work better with customized themes. Therefore we would like to thank you for that.
Very easy to set up. I had some problems with my Theme and the functions, but I simply just contacted the staff through the chat. They fixed all the problems without hesitation.
