app looks great but you waste a whole day or week adding all your raw materials in only to then find it the app doesn't really do anything but tell you what to order.
you can not even see the orders that are in you shopify site
you can not see what products you can make with your current raw materials which you would think would be the most inportant thing.
Help was there but couldn't help at all

We acknowledge that importing raw materials hasn’t been as seamless as it should be, and we’re actively improving this process to make it more reliable for all our users.
That said, Prediko has never advertised Shopify order visibility or made-to-order functionality. We strive to set clear expectations about our features and always deliver on what we promise.
I also want to acknowledge that this process has been frustrating, and I understand that. Our team is always here to help, and we do our best to support every customer as efficiently as possible. We value constructive conversations and appreciate mutual professionalism in those exchanges.

I believe the platform would be really good if i got it to work. The customer service is almost never available when it fits me.
