I ultimately ended up not using Prediko as it has tons of great features that our small business just isn't quite ready or have a need for yet. I did install the app and use the trial period to try it out, during which the support for questions I had was excellent. They made sure to answer all of my questions in a timely matter with thorough explanations.
If we grow our business enough to use more of the features Prediko offers I would be happy to pay for their app, highly recommend.

I've always struggled with managing my raw materials and finished products, this always made me over order stock and would really eat into my cashflow.
I've tried so many WMS platforms and nothing comes close to Prediko. It's one thing knowing your numbers currently but to forecast for the future is where Prediko sets themselves above the rest.
This platform has really helped me know what to order and when to order and has already saved me a lot of money.
The pricing of this platform is also so affordable compared to other WMS platforms and it has more features.
I highly recommend Prediko to anyone who wants to cut out the guessing game in their business, it really is a game changer!

I’m still fairly new to the app, but my first impression is very positive. Prediko looks great and offers a wide range of features, it does take some time to fully understand everything. The customer support is excellent; Amar has been especially helpful and really thought along with me to resolve a specific issue. Hopefully I’ll be able to continue using the app once the product variant issue is resolved. So far, I’m very satisfied!
