I was looking for an application that was easy to install and configure so that customers could leave me their contact information for when there are products that come back in stock.
The reality is that even though the application is easy to install, like anything new, I had a problem configuring it. I instantly wrote in the support chat. They answered me very quickly and helped me configure this app in my business page. (FREE version!). Thanks to Mason from tech support.

We are setting up a new business and this App is providing us with the opportunity to pick up additional sales in advance of stock arriving. During the setup, I did need some support to customise to our requirements and Stella was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Notify!

We speak to a real assistant and not a boot in real time without even having to ask for assistance.
It was extremely easy to install. Immediately after integrating it into my website, a support team member suggested a customization that perfectly matched my website colours and layout, so I didn't had to waste time figuring out how to do it.

We are very happy with the Notify Me! app in general. It is a useful tool for us and our customers, and helps us gauge demand for future product ordering. The customer service accessed through Chat is a valuable addition, and representative Mason was very kind as he assisted with with an Export (while the function was broken in Dashboard). Thanks Mason! Mo also helped me access more functions and provided excellent customer support when we needed it.
