Soo easy and works super with our store. The support team was there to help from the minute I downloaded the app, and made sure we were up and running within 5 min.
Super happy customer.
It was easy enough to install but took quite some time for me to work through the pre-order side of things. I had errors for several hours which took some work to fix, I believe the app had my pre-order product as a subscription. Once I mentioned this to Help, it was fixed within 5 mins.

Doesn't work all the time. I get numerous complaints that they (the customer) never received a text or an email and now the Notify Me button stopped working. I was told by the Notify me app that in order for the app to work properly it needs to be babysat every week and then they need notification that it isn't working. I can accept that if it was a free app, but not for $70 a month. In addition, I had to reach out to Shopify Billing as they charged me over $100 in unauthorized fees!
it was a great experience and they helped me navigate thru all and anwered my questions really well. I can only recommend it.
I've not been using the app long but so far it seems to work great. Looking forward to moving forward with it.
We needed an app to address a few out-of-stock items causing missed sales. This app, with its easy navigation and clean, streamlined interface, is perfect for our needs. The customer service was also super helpful. Highly recommend!
At first I had trouble installing the features but a chat opened and Nareh walked me through step by step after hours. I'm enjoying the back in stock option because I now know what my customers want me to reorder.
Works really well for notifying customers when an item is back in stock without complicated forms. Easy and fast for our clients. We have used it for several years now, and it has never failed us. We just recently started using the pre-order feature and the customer service was fast, and great communication.
So far the support team has been very helpful and quick to respond
