I had an excellent experience with the Notify Me app. The support team, in particular Miles provided exceptional assistance during the setup process – fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made sure everything was working perfectly and tailored exactly to my store's needs.
The app itself is very intuitive and does exactly what it promises. It's the perfect solution for managing pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications. If you're running a Shopify store and want to keep your customers engaged and informed, I highly recommend this app.

Easy to install, great, proactive customer service. We started getting Back in Stock notifications immediately and also started letting customers know when inventory levels fell below 5 units.

Altough sometimes customer service is having trouble reading instructions they are really patient and friendly people helping out wherever they can. And they keep working until "mission accomplished."

I Installed Notify Me onto my Shopify store. It works great, but the best part was how easy it was to set up. As soon as I installed the app, I received a live chat off a great young lady named Pearl. She went through the whole set up with me, making tweaks and changes that I wanted so that it all integrated seamlessly with my site, and looked like it was all part of the build and not a 3rd party integration. This is a genuine review from my our personal experience of someone with limited knowledge, setting up their first Shopify website.

I've had a wonderful experience using this app so far! After downloading and installing, I was almost immediately contacted by a wonderful customer care associate named Stella who assisted me with the setup and integration of the app. She was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was working and well integrated into the themeing of my store. She was even able to assist me with an issue I was having outside of the scope of the app! Definitely super impressed~

A bit of a rip off. We only send a few notifications, but because we have a high number of 'potential' alerts, we are charged for that. Whilst the notification system is good, I don't require any of the pre order stuff. So, it would be better to have two seperate apps than two rolled in to one.
