Good customer service. The app does everything I need so I can have pre-orders and back in stock notifications running at the same time. I wanted to customise the forms to match my branding and they were able to do this for me within an hour.

The functionality works great. I got into an issue where the plugin clash with our theme. The team is quick to rectify it and is very professional. Will recommend anyone to get the app.

This app makes it really easy to create pre-orders but we've had some issues with releasing our orders. We wish it was easier to manage the orders that were on hold. We were expecting them to change their statues to Unfulfilled automatically after the product was updated but, unfortunately, we had to do it manually for each order.
