Estamos muy contentos. Nos han ayudado mucho en los momentos en los que nos quedamos sin stock. La app es muy fácil de usar y Stella, del equipo de soporte, es espectacular. Dar con personas eficientes es un verdadero placer.
Muy recomendable.

I have been using NotifyMe for a while now and have found it to be complimentary to our customer service. The information and the ease for our customers to be notified of back in stock has proven to be a great sales tool.

We've been using Notify me for around a year now. Although we don't use all of it's features we're super happy with the "back in stock" function. It actually makes a lot of sales for us and helps us decide what products we should order more of. Their team is also really helpful and efficient when you need help or want to make customisations to the app!

I had an amazing experience with Nareh. I had accidentally selected a yearly plan which end up cost $900CAD. Narah ensured that I received a refund within 24 hours and offered ma a much affordable plan. I've been using this app for over 4 years and very happy with it.

So far so good, but we are just a few days in on the Standard Plan. I think there is a 3% fee applied to pre-orders, which is a bit steep for us, so we just use the app for Back in Stock notifications and that works very well. I stuggled to use the app to strat with, but Miles in support quickly got me up to speed, so that part is faultless.

All in all I am please we got this app and are using for the notifications. I think that will more than pay for itself.

The Notify Me app and team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was initially unsure about the price for the service, but once you experience the level of support and the quality of the product, you quickly realise its true value.

I’ve worked with several team members to customise the look and feel, and every time they deliver exactly what I need, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Pretty solid app. The support which was fully AI automated was surprisingly very very good. I want an AI like this for my own store support box. 10/10 overall. Solved my queries!

This app is a must in E-commerce. My products are handmade and are often out of stock. With the Notify app, my marketing budget can keep running and leads come back even stronger to purchase what they could not before!

Been using it for years! Immediate sales occur when I update sold out product on my website. Had an issue late evening on a weekday, used the CHAT section on the APP and was shocked when I had a resolution in 10 minutes from Stella, a live rep agent. Can't beat exceptional customer service!

Love the app - we use it in 2 shopify stores and it helps with sales so much. Also when i needed help, Mason was able to help me right away on a Sunday morning, so thank you for that.
