I find this app super useful for pre orders. Their customer service is awesome and super responsive. I would definitely recommend to others!

Support is blazing fast. The app itself is intuitive and is adjustable to our shop look and feel. Moreover we can send the emails from our domain which is crucial for us.
Great app. It should automatically set up and if not the support team is available and will fix the issue fast. The support team also help with customization. I felt very supported and love the way it looks on my store.

We needed to add the ability to have the Product Type information available, so I submitted a feature request. It took a while, but they got it done! Pretty sure I'm the only person who asked for that feature, or may ever need it, but I'm very grateful they worked it into their development schedule.
