Super easy to get in touch and troubleshoot any issues! Stella was incredibly helpful and quick to fix and update the Notify button on my site. She also went the extra mile to figure out why one of my styles wasn’t triggering automatic updates — and resolved it right away. Excellent support!

This app has been extremely valuable. We've seen a significant amount of revenue driven from having this app installed. Their customer service is quick and helpful. We recently had a need to move the button on our product pages and Miles from Customer Service was quick, kind, and made the edits we needed. I would highly recommend this app to any company that ever has items out of stock – even if it's only some products, sometimes. So valuable to allow customers to opt in to be notified when the product is back in stock. So easy to use, so much value.

We've found Notify Me to be very useful. Our entire store was pre-order only for a few months, while we waited for our first shipment, and the app enabled us to generate sales during that time.

The app support is also very prompt and friendly – big thanks to Melissa in particular for helping us resolve an issue we were having!

Great app extension to manage a succesful online store. We use both the Out of stock and Pre Order functionality, and have had no issues. Support is brilliant too, and what they cannot fix right away is made into feature requests. Thanks, Miles for your continued support.

So far so good. Does exactly what I needed it to do. I've used the Lite plan for a couple of years now. It's been great. As far as the other plans -- the price seems high, don't love that they take commission, but support is very helpful. Dela helped me with all my questions when choosing which option to upgrade to. Thanks!

We've had a great experience using Notify! over the past few months. It helps us keep tabs on which items to restock first. Recently we noticed a small glitch with the widget on a product page, so I got in touch with the support team and had the pleasure of speaking with Miles. He resolved the issue almost instantly – I couldn't be happier with the support provided!

A bit of a rip off. We only send a few notifications, but because we have a high number of 'potential' alerts, we are charged for that. Whilst the notification system is good, I don't require any of the pre order stuff. So, it would be better to have two seperate apps than two rolled in to one.

I downloaded this app a year ago when i first started my business. Felt i didnt have the need for it but when i did i quickly redownloaded it. Dealt with Sam today who helped me get set back up. Loved the quick responses and very down to earth. Love that i wasnt talking to a robot and i was able to get quick responses. THANK SAM!!!

Iv used this app in the past to try out. I recently decided to use it again because the app works exactly for the needs i had, and does everything it advertises.

They currently have a sale and i had some questions, and sent a chat. I was expecting to receive an email back as it’s 10 pm at night, but i was greeted with an actual human for customer support.

Pearl was my customer service agent and she took the time to answer all my questions as well as help me diagnose the issues i had. It’s refreshing to have quality customer service that isn’t AI or a bot, let alone someone who genuinely cares for the customer.
