ReStock has been a great additional app for our Shopify store. Our customers now easily get notified when items are back in stock. We previously had to manually email customers, so ReStock has made our lives much easier. If I ever have a question, their support team is always very responsive. Mohsen has been excellent in fixing any small issues we've experienced.
It's so user friendly and has very obvious conversions from it's functionality. I would like it more if the monthly price was less, but it is a brilliant app!

I started using "Notify! Back in Stock" in 2022 when it was "Restockify". There was a management change and name change, however, the communication and transition was clear and frictionless. My usage has been narrow and focused on giving my patrons a way to ask to be notified when an out of stock item once again became available. It was only this season that our brand had reason to activate the pre-order option. I had ambient concerns for my brand about both the tone of pre-orders as well as logistics and integration with other 3rd party apps surrounding them. Prior to implementation I iterated my concerns to the Support Desk and Melika wrote back immediately clearly, concisely, and thoroughly addressing my concerns in order. This gave me the confidence to proceed with implementation on the eve of BFCM (not a timeframe one would typically test a new function!). The day of the install a chat window opened and Aliya at the Support Desk advised she saw me initiate the implementation and volunteered to test the widget. She stayed with me the entire implementation and even helped enhance readability within the widget. Top marks / 5 stars for this application's functionality and for its excellent documentation, training, and support team.
