After researching all the back in stock alerts, I settled on this one mainly due to the reviews, but also because of customizable it is. Within seconds of having the app installed cs rep Narges was on a chat with me offering to match the look and feel of the custom store. The customer service here is amazing and made this task not even work for me. Great service, great product.

Sie bietet viele sinnvolle Funktionen, die für einen Shopbetreiber essenziell sind. Schon am ersten Tag haben sich zahlreiche Kunden für eine Benachrichtigung eingetragen, das zeigt uns, dass dieses Feature von unseren Kunden gut angenommen wurde..., über die Berichte kann man auch eindeutig sehen, welches Produkt wie oft für eine Benachtigung aktiviert wurde, somit kann man die jeweilige Nachfrage auch gut erkennen.
Zudem ist der Support wirklich klasse! Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten wurde uns sofort geantwortet, das junge Team ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde direkt geholfen und unsere Probleme waren innerhalb Minuten gelöst.

Best customer service we have ever experienced with a Shopify app. Upon signing up we were immediately greeted by a real human who helped us to add the app even though we are taking preorders. We hope it will capture a lot of emails for us that we can leverage later on when we are back in stock! Shoutout to Melika for the amazing support experience!
App works very well! it didn't take long to implement and it works very well for items out of stock. We had some problems with our custom theme and the support team was really nice and helpful! they helped us making the Notify me button look more like our theme and change its size. Very satisfied so far!
