Very helpful support team. App with great features.
I just recently downloaded this app but so far I'm liking it! Nareh from their customer service team was able to customize the widget for me to it fit my store theme more. I appreciated that and they did it in a timely manner as well!

Would be great, if notifiy option and preorder option would work on all plans. But most shops will use either one or the other. And with the advanced plan you are free to offer both.
I do recommend this app!
I have only started using it so can not comment about the functionality but the team is amazing there. They got me sorted so quickly and went extra mile in make it working for me. Customer Service is a delight. The feautres seem to be good as well. Hence 5 stars

I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with the customer service offered by any app available on Shopify...or quite honestly the customer service for any digitally native brand. Within moments, the issues that I was having were addressed and corrected. I cannot recommend Notify! highly enough. It is a game changer.
