NotifyMe! is a great app that does exactly what it promises. It’s easy to set up and use. We had a small issue, but Sam from customer support was incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. We highly recommend this app to any Shopify store owner looking to increase sales and customer engagement.

Fab! Mason was really helpful, managed to help me set up the Pre-Order and problem solve any issues. Really found the little videos handy to help explain and direct me in the right direction.

Great App and Amazing Support!

Notify Me! has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s easy to use and has made managing notifications and back-in-stock alerts so much simpler.

What really stood out was the incredible customer support. Melika was amazing—she helped us with everything we needed and made the whole setup process smooth and stress-free.

So far, using Notify Me! has been a seamless experience! Their customer support is exemplary, and when I ran into a domain verifying issue, Hasti was incredibly helpful, making sure I got the issue sorted out and following up with me several times to make it happen. I am incredibly grateful for their help, and my app is now up and running and ready to gather pre-orders. Thank you so much for your attention and time today, Hasti. This app is very easy to use and was exactly what i needed for pre-orders. It was clean and simple and provided the data and integrations I was looking for in a pre-order app. The customer support team, especially Miles, have been more than helpful every time I needed assistance.

We switched over from a different app to Notify! and have been really happy with the overall experience. Not only is it really easy for our customers to use but their support is top notch. We are really looking forward to utilizing the pre-order function in 2025 as we continue to expand our line and assortment of products and to engage our VIP customers with exciting drops.

Sam has been amazing she helped me resolve a error on my website. The Pre-Order button was not working despite everything being fine on my end due to a error. She said she will forward it to the technical department and they will try to resolve it in 24 hours. They however fixed the issue within half that time frame. Sam was very fast and efficient in her approach as well as being helpful and friendly. She also kept me up to date with what was happening. I would message her again if I need any sort of help in the future. Thank You So Much.
