We're still in our first week of using the app and looking forward to seeing how this contributes to sales growth, but have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service. We have needed to make a few tweaks to the aesthetics and function of the button for our website, and the speed, accommodation, and little back and forth from the customer service team has been surprisingly great!

This app provides seamless integration with an assistant to add it to your store for you, meaning you dont have to also hire Shopify help. The assistant can help you make all kinds of changes in super quick time. After using the app, it is perfect for informing us which inventory should be restocked first and then capturing clients we may have missed out on if it weren't for the back in stock alert. I would recommend this to any retail business, big or small.

Really pleased with this app, and the customer service is outstanding. I would give it five stars if there was a plan that would help small charities like mine. As it stands, we can only afford the free plan that doesn't offer full customisation. I appreciate that the developer needs to make money, of course!

Excellent - works and converts into actual sales. I had an issue with changing the currency but customer support helped and fixed within 30 minutes.
