Customer service has been amazing. There were two times I had to reach out and they helped me solve my problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. The app did what I needed to do!

We regularly use notify me! to send out automatic back in stock alerts. The level of customisation is a fantastic, and we see a great ROI on the app. We've also had to have them adjust some code to make the app perform better on our site, and this was done within 10 minutes of contacting support.
I love how I'm able to fully customize buttons to match my theme. I ran into some issues and their support team resolved it immediately.
