I’ve been using the Notify Me app on my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The app itself is fantastic and works seamlessly, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible customer support I received. Nilou has been an absolute lifesaver!

From the moment I reached out with questions, Nilou went above and beyond to help me resolve everything quickly and efficiently. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about ensuring the best possible experience for customers. Such a great tool to use and the customer service is great and very helpful when I had issues or questions. They have been able to take care of everything in a timely manner.

This is the second website I am using the Notify.me app on. This app to super easy to install and customize. Their support is OUTSTANDING. They are able to help get things exactly as you wanted/needed. I didn't realize all the sales I was missing without this app. Now I can see exactly the interest level of items out-of-stock and capture this sales once inventory is available.

Being a new start business and no I’m very little about having my own website. I felt a little out of my depth.

It was recommended to me that I should have a notify me option on my website and this app was suggested to me.

I completely expected it to be an automated Service but was pleasantly surprised when I received personal emails from Sam and the team who helpfully talked me through the whole service and I couldn’t be more appreciative.

As my website grows, I hope I will see the benefits I am sure this service offers, excited to see where we can take it.
