I just signed up for a year subscription after have an extensive online conversation with the team. Every question was answered, fully. It was easy to set up, too! I was able to use my own colors to keep it on brand.I love that there are reports I can track to see how well the notifications are working with my customers. Highly recommend.
This app works as expected, and the response time for questions is quick and helpful. It is compatible with our other apps as well.

We have only installed this app today so cannot say how it is helping our business BUT I can say that it is super-easy to install (I'm not website-savvy) and when I had a question about the placement of the NOTIFY ME button it was answered pretty much immediately.
