My customer service experience with this app has been great. Nareh was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue we were having. We are currently on the Pro plan and have had good success with the reliability of this app. Recommended!

We just installed it and have not used it yet but the initial support to install and configure the app was great and the support person Hasti was excellent! went above and beyond to get our store set up.

This was so easy to set-up. Way easier than two other apps I downloaded first and immediatley gave up on.

I asked about changing the notify button to only ask for email, not SMS, I pulled up the chat, and it was taken care of within 1 minute. I am thoroughly impressed!
