The customer service was helpful after we established my issues. App is up and running. Thanks Troye. After the issues were resolved, they reached out for a second time to offer a button that was custom designed to integrate into my website better. Very attentive customer service.

Mason was a great help. I had many questions about how to navigate notify and set preorder limits. Mason answered all my questions and even gave me a tutorial. He was very patient and informative. Thanks to mason I feel more prepared to launch my product and I am a happy customer at Notify!

I recently used the Notify! Back in Stock PreOrder app for my Shopify store and was thoroughly impressed. The app was easy to integrate, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Hasti.

Hasti went above and beyond to help me implement the "Notify Me" button. They were fast, knowledgeable, and walked me through the process, making everything seamless. Hasti is one of the best customer service representatives I’ve worked with in a while.

Only just starting using it, but happy to say very intuitive with an easily customiseable design for the buttons.

Support Chat really helpful and quick too - even the AI chat bot was a good start.

Would definitely recommend.

Nareh, was great in helping me resolve an issue In the quickest time very grateful. As I'm only new to Shopify and still learning how to set up my webstore. Nareh has been constantly so helpful and efficient in helping me with all my constant questions in being able to use notify to its full capacity and for that I am very grateful.

Loving the app so far -- it's allowed us to capture so many could-be customers due to sell-outs and has been seamless to use! Customer service is also so quick and friendly.
