So far so good. The app is great and Stella was very responsive with some questions we had and responded right away. This is a great way to help our customers get notifications for our out of stock products!!

Miles from customer support helped me out and was amazing. He's response time was so prompt and you never know when you're going to hear back when you have to email to get an issue resolved, but not with Miles! He was on it and was so patient and kind. I'm such a noob and he was very gracious in helping me out step by step and resolved my issues quickly.
