We started using this app 2 days ago.. It started with some hurdles and frustration because important functions didn't work straight away and it affected our customer service strongly.

But then Miles appeared on the horizon and helped us swiftly and professionally to solve the issues.

Now the app is functioning and we hope it stays like that.

Thanks Miles for saving the day!

I use many apps on my store, and this one has given me the best experience by far! Live agent Hasti reached out immediately after I installed the app, verifying that everything was set up and looked great on the website. I absolutely loved my experience with both the app and the customer service, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
