Notify! is a very handy and user-friendly Shopify app. It seamlessly adapts to my theme and works exactly as needed. The customer service is excellent and quick to help with any questions. Really satisfied with this app!
We have a relatively high return rate. It happens very often that a product is out of stock for just 1–2 weeks, and then it is available again. So for that, the app really made a difference for us, and we sold many products which our customers would have missed otherwise. Additionally, the support is lightning fast!
I am excited to use this app! They have been very responsive and even created a customized pre-order button for me!
My support person, Miles, has been super helpful with getting myself and my business ready to go with Notify Me! It's been very easy and I am SO happy with how it looks on my shop. This app has improved the service we have always offered our customers in the physical shop, i.e., with this app they can also order products on the online website themselves or be notified by e-mail when we re-order some products. The assistance is also very efficient.
I was looking for a way to add pre-orders to my Shopify site and not only is it exactly what I was looking for and super quick to install, but the lovely customer service chat (I spoke with Dela) was so friendly, quick to respond and really helpful at assisting me as well as showing me where everything I needed was — including setting things up for me.
