Shortly after we started using Notify on our Shopify store to handle our pre-orders, we encountered a compatibility issue with another one of our installed apps. The Notify team was quick to respond, providing a fix through the app's built-in chat service. Their technical skill was matched by their excellent customer service, attentive and friendly in every interaction.
While we've only been using Notify for a short time, the customer service we've received has been impressive.

Great customer service. I get instant help when I am facing a problem. App was easy to download and started working that very same day with new customer interests wanting to be notified. Happy with the app thus far.
This startup team is amazing to say the least. I was up at 1AM EST working on my site, got to try the Notify Me and Pre-order button, and guess what, a real web dev was on the chat with me to make sure that the location of my newly added Notify Me button was right where I needed it. And that's not all, she, Hasti, even made sure to fix a bug that occurred along the way of adjusting the button on my Home and Product pages. Just wow. This is what "knowing your customers' needs before they even discover they have such needs" looks like! Go Notify!
I actually downloaded 2 restock alert apps. Notify Me! And a competitor. The competitor's was 3x more expensive per month. Both have the same interface. I was having trouble with my button showing up on the product pages. I messaged both apps, but Notify Me! got back to me within a few hours and not only fixed the issue provided me with extra help and other resources/information that I needed. This is the kind of service that all Shopify apps would benefit having. I will definitely be recommending Notify Me! to my friends and colleagues.
