Good customer service. The app does everything I need so I can have pre-orders and back in stock notifications running at the same time. I wanted to customise the forms to match my branding and they were able to do this for me within an hour.

This app makes it really easy to create pre-orders but we've had some issues with releasing our orders. We wish it was easier to manage the orders that were on hold. We were expecting them to change their statues to Unfulfilled automatically after the product was updated but, unfortunately, we had to do it manually for each order.
It a good tool for managing inventory notifications and preorders. It’s straightforward to set up and effectively keeps customers informed when items are available again. We got quick support from team too.
