I was getting ready to launch a new product on my Shopify store and wanted a way to make sure my customers didn’t miss it the second it went live. Notify Me! was exactly what I needed. As soon as the product officially launched, my subscribers received an instant notification straight to their phones, which let them shop right away.
It made the whole launch feel smooth and exciting, and I know it helped drive those early sales. Super easy to use and a total game-changer for product drops. Highly recommend!
I just installed this app and so, have just begin using it. However, already it has out-performed a prior app I was using. Also, Harry's proactive reach out to me to offer help from a live person was wonderful. He suggested a change that I did not know could be done and greatly improves the visual effects of the buttons. I look forward to getting more experience with the app.
Tried this app with a free trial and worked as I thought it would. I was also assisted by their customer service in a really quick and helpful way (thank you Pearl!)
I am trialling the app and the team are really lovely and offer a great service. But I am a bit apprehensive about the price. I will decide after the limit is reached.
Really good how it allows people to sign up per size, little bit expensive to get access to peoples emails though.

Can't really review the app (which is why 4 stars) just yet because it was just installed and launched, but the service appears to be good as their live chat quick to help with answers. Looking for a replacement for Swym as it started malfunctioning within our theme. High hopes for this one!
So far so good. Does exactly what I needed it to do. I've used the Lite plan for a couple of years now. It's been great. As far as the other plans -- the price seems high, don't love that they take commission, but support is very helpful. Dela helped me with all my questions when choosing which option to upgrade to. Just installed and looks good - will test over the next few weeks before upgrading to paid version
This app is great for creating and managing your pre-orders but we've had a few issues that are worth noting. First, if you choose "Fulfillment date up to you", you will need to release each order manually to fulfill it in the future. It can be very time-consuming if you're dealing with a lot of orders. Second, they are not very clear with their billing information. When we did a holiday subscription, after our first month was over, it said we were going to get billed for $0.96 (which was odd because the deal was only for one month) but instead we got billed for a full premium price of $69.90. They issued a full refund when we reached out to them but you have to pay attention to your billing invoices as their billing info on the app could be misleading. Overall, we highly recommend this app.
Good overall App for the notifications on out of stock products. The email, SMS integrations are great. We particularly like the fact "add to cart" buttons can be switched to "Notify Me" or any other custom CTA.
The preorder setup could be improved, It's hard to sync preordered items with our shipping system. We lost track of a lot of the orders. Perhaps creating a new order ID for preordred items, separate from the existing order would be more effective.
There is also no option to add separate messages for each product on preorder. Eg we had a product on preorder due in on X date and another on Y date, but we could only display one date for all.
customer service is good, would recommend if improvements are made to preorders.
