Great app with customizable settings and easy 3rd party integrations.

It was easy enough to install but took quite some time for me to work through the pre-order side of things. I had errors for several hours which took some work to fix, I believe the app had my pre-order product as a subscription. Once I mentioned this to Help, it was fixed within 5 mins.

Honestly so blown away by the customer service and the customer-friendly tech at Notify Me! PreOrder.

I've been feeling overwhelmed by other tech stuff getting my website running, trying to move my website to Shopify and set-up preorder for my clothing line.

Delaram (a real person not a robot) walked me through the steps through the chat, checked in on my progress, and even went the extra mile to add some really cute customization to my preorder buttons within my theme colors which was so nice. Super simple and easy app. I installed it and was up an running with Back-In-Stock notification emails within 5 minutes. Did EXACTLY what I needed it to do with absolutely no fuss at all.

The widgets integrated into my theme beautifully.

Tech support is also fantastic if you need it. They checked up on me multiple times and had very clear communication skills.

easy to use but as with all shopify related apps I have used so far, the free version is insufficient and the paid version adds up.
