Great app!! easy to use, great support. Our chlients love the option to get notified when a product is back on stock
At first I had trouble installing the features but a chat opened and Nareh walked me through step by step after hours. I'm enjoying the back in stock option because I now know what my customers want me to reorder.
Good overall App for the notifications on out of stock products. The email, SMS integrations are great. We particularly like the fact "add to cart" buttons can be switched to "Notify Me" or any other custom CTA.
The preorder setup could be improved, It's hard to sync preordered items with our shipping system. We lost track of a lot of the orders. Perhaps creating a new order ID for preordred items, separate from the existing order would be more effective.
There is also no option to add separate messages for each product on preorder. Eg we had a product on preorder due in on X date and another on Y date, but we could only display one date for all.
customer service is good, would recommend if improvements are made to preorders.
I have just installed this app for a client, a small, independent fashion label/boutique, who makes quality pieces in limited runs locally. This app will be a game changer for her and enable her to ramp up her ecommerce. The team at Notify Me! have been fantastic, super helpful in getting everything set up and troubleshooting any questions I had. Hope to see great results from having it live on site. Thanks guys!
Great customer support, fast help if needed, easy to use app. Highly recommend for catching lost sales and maximising those conversions.

Doesn't work all the time. I get numerous complaints that they (the customer) never received a text or an email and now the Notify Me button stopped working. I was told by the Notify me app that in order for the app to work properly it needs to be babysat every week and then they need notification that it isn't working. I can accept that if it was a free app, but not for $70 a month.
I highly recommend this Shopify app, one of the reasons being the quick and thoughtful customer service. It's rare to encounter such dedicated customer support staff in similar apps. Strongly recommended!
