Customer service was great. Had it up and running in just a few minutes. So far, the free program version is working perfectly for what I need.

They don't disclose before you install that they also charge 3-1% of your preorder revenue, on top of the monthly subscription rate. I'm sure many small businesses aren't aware of this hidden fee. Terrible.

Don't be shady, and include in your pricing section.

So far so good! We needed an app that could manage a large number (20,000+) of pre-order and out-of-stock products, and this does that simply and with some customization as well.

Devs should look to this app for what customer service should look like. Unbelievable service and speed from this team. Great job! Hasti was super helpful and got me set up so fast I didn't even bother to try the other apps out there. This has it all.
