We've been using Notify me for around a year now. Although we don't use all of it's features we're super happy with the "back in stock" function. It actually makes a lot of sales for us and helps us decide what products we should order more of. Their team is also really helpful and efficient when you need help or want to make customisations to the app!

Notify Me is one of those tools that actually does what it promises, clean, simple, and effective. Setting everything up was smooth, and it instantly started adding value to my store without unnecessary complexity.
What really stood out though was the support. Dela went above and beyond. She personally guided me through the setup, helped customize the button exactly the way I wanted, and replied incredibly fast every time. You don’t get that level of attention often. Highly recommended
Great app with very good service — the customer support team is friendly and provides quick solutions. It would be even more helpful if more customization options were available directly at the store level instead of requiring code-level changes through support.
I was getting ready to launch a new product on my Shopify store and wanted a way to make sure my customers didn’t miss it the second it went live. Notify Me! was exactly what I needed. As soon as the product officially launched, my subscribers received an instant notification straight to their phones, which let them shop right away.
It made the whole launch feel smooth and exciting, and I know it helped drive those early sales. Super easy to use and a total game-changer for product drops. Highly recommend!
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid addition to my Shopify store. The setup was straightforward, and most of the features work as expected without needing much technical knowledge. It really helped streamline some of our daily operations and saved us time.
There are a few areas where improvements could be made, especially in terms of customization and loading speed, but nothing that affects the overall functionality too much. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we had questions.
Overall, it’s a reliable app that does what it promises, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and effective solution.
Grace has been extremely helpful and has been so knowledgable. She has helped me every step of the way, answering all of my questions thoroughly. I felt very supported and not left in the dark to figure everything out. Her responses were very timely and friendly. Her help guided me into a smooth transition while trying to change app services. Couldn't recommend her and this app enough!
I just switched over to Notify and I'm honestly blown away by how easy it is to use. I had a quick question and expected to hear back in a day or two, but Mason responded and fixed it the same day and on a Sunday. That's next level customer service. Thank you Mason!!
Initially, this is a solid app that easily plugged into our current theme, the customizations work well, and the app itself is easy to navigate and use. Set up was quick.
For us, there is a MAJOR drawback when using the pre-order app -- and that is, Notify Me (preorder) does NOT work with site-wide Shopify discounts. For example, of you are running a site-wide Buy X Get Y discount, your items available for pre-order CANNOT be included in this promotion. In our case, this lead to lost revenue, abandoned carts, and hours of additional customer service time responding to frustrated customers.
This would be such an easy integration for Notify Me to make that its surprising that they have not done so by now. Other pre-order apps (with fewer features than Notify Me) do this seamlessly.
