Recently downloaded Notify Me! My experience with customer service was great. Really easy to communicate with and they're quick to respond.
This app works seamlessly for restock alerts and pre-sales. And the support is fantastic. I had issues with my sold out buttons and Miles from the Notify! team went out of his way to fix it. Can highly recommend!
I have been so impressed by the customer support! When I first installed the app, I hesitated to leave a review until I could honestly do so. I have reached out for help twice now and each time I have received an immediate reply, a solution to the problem, AND they have offered to improve something else they noticed on my site. I just recently downloaded this app but so far I'm liking it! Nareh from their customer service team was able to customize the widget for me to it fit my store theme more. I appreciated that and they did it in a timely manner as well!
