The app integrated well with shopify and the customer service was always helpful.
We are very happy with the Notify Me! app in general. It is a useful tool for us and our customers, and helps us gauge demand for future product ordering. The customer service accessed through Chat is a valuable addition, and representative Mason was very kind as he assisted with with an Export (while the function was broken in Dashboard). Thanks Mason!

A bit expensive but it works very good.
Good overall App for the notifications on out of stock products. The email, SMS integrations are great. We particularly like the fact "add to cart" buttons can be switched to "Notify Me" or any other custom CTA.
The preorder setup could be improved, It's hard to sync preordered items with our shipping system. We lost track of a lot of the orders. Perhaps creating a new order ID for preordred items, separate from the existing order would be more effective.
There is also no option to add separate messages for each product on preorder. Eg we had a product on preorder due in on X date and another on Y date, but we could only display one date for all.
customer service is good, would recommend if improvements are made to preorders.

The installation of the app was super smooth and easy. Further i was able to customise it as per our theme. Love how the notification paprt of it works.
Only worry being the cost involved. WIll figure it out on the way. Anyways if getting notified by your customer is a thing of priority for you then this is a very dependable app
Great for out-of-stock products and pre-orders. Of all the apps I've tried, it's the most complete. Conversion is super high and it's the app we use most in our store. We had a problem with notifications a few weeks ago, but their support is great, they always respond very quickly and help us resolve everything.

easy to use but as with all shopify related apps I have used so far, the free version is insufficient and the paid version adds up.
The support was excellent
