Harry did a great job helping me get to the bottom of a one-time theme interaction issue. This was the only time we've had an issue like this in the years using this app. The amount of features they've added makes this invaluable. Their responsiveness and helpfulness when it comes to customer service is second-to-none. Customizability features make it easy to use and integrate into any store.
Super easy to get in touch and troubleshoot any issues! Stella was incredibly helpful and quick to fix and update the Notify button on my site. She also went the extra mile to figure out why one of my styles wasn’t triggering automatic updates — and resolved it right away. Excellent support!

We've found Notify Me to be very useful. Our entire store was pre-order only for a few months, while we waited for our first shipment, and the app enabled us to generate sales during that time.

Great app extension to manage a succesful online store. We use both the Out of stock and Pre Order functionality, and have had no issues. Support is brilliant too, and what they cannot fix right away is made into feature requests. Thanks, Miles for your continued support.

App works great for what it's supposed to. Had problems with getting bundle pre-orders to work but support was quick to help, Stella responded quickly and I had the problem fixed within a day
This app has been extremely valuable. We've seen a significant amount of revenue driven from having this app installed. Their customer service is quick and helpful. We recently had a need to move the button on our product pages and Miles from Customer Service was quick, kind, and made the edits we needed. I would highly recommend this app to any company that ever has items out of stock – even if it's only some products, sometimes. So valuable to allow customers to opt in to be notified when the product is back in stock. So easy to use, so much value.

Great app - the aftercare really quick - I had an issue - I didn't know how to fix it , or have the tech skills - Harry helped really quickly and got me up and running again. We've had a great experience using Notify! over the past few months. It helps us keep tabs on which items to restock first.
