Grace was truly amazing! She went above and beyond right from the start—reaching out as soon as I installed the app to make sure all my settings were just right. She then spent so much time with me, patiently customizing the colors and sizes of the buttons until I was 200% happy with the result.

The customer service staff, Emma, was great and very patient.

The app could be better if you improved the export section.
I have to export all the data for the last 3 years, even though I only need data for the last month.

Easy to install, great, proactive customer service. We started getting Back in Stock notifications immediately and also started letting customers know when inventory levels fell below 5 units.

A bit of a rip off. We only send a few notifications, but because we have a high number of 'potential' alerts, we are charged for that. Whilst the notification system is good, I don't require any of the pre order stuff. So, it would be better to have two seperate apps than two rolled in to one.
I had an excellent experience with the Notify Me app. The support team, in particular Miles provided exceptional assistance during the setup process – fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made sure everything was working perfectly and tailored exactly to my store's needs.
The app itself is very intuitive and does exactly what it promises. It's the perfect solution for managing pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications. If you're running a Shopify store and want to keep your customers engaged and informed, I highly recommend this app.

We had an issue setting up pre-order due to our subscriptions, and Sam helped us optimize the other features of the app - customized our notify me button and quickly offered to take on the edit job herself. so happy with the results!
